Being first-time homebuyers and non-Buffalo natives, my fiancée and I were apprehensive about the homebuying process. Co-workers, friends, and various subreddits had warned us about the difficult housing market present today. The reality of high interest rates, low housing supply, ugly hurried flips, and cash investors had us on edge. Nevertheless, we had tired of renting and were in a financial position to buy a home; so we moved forward with process and searched for a realtor. We had various recommendations but decided to go with The Sorrentino Team because of their simple but practical website, stellar Google reviews, and quick response time after initial contact. I appreciated that Joe did not delay to set up a meeting although my fiancée was out of town at the time we reached out. Joe set up a Zoom meeting with us and spent 2 hours kindly explaining the homebuying process and pointing out the pros and cons of the types of homes and locations we were considering. This was extremely helpful since build and ages of homes are considerably different from where we are from, South Texas. Before the week was over, Joe had scheduled to 4 showings and guided us to 2 open houses. Unexpectantly, we loved one of those homes enough to want to put an offer before the posted deadline. Our offer was not the highest either but, amazingly, it was accepted. The offer was preferred by the buyer due to the lender, who was recommended by Joe, being local and reputable. It's important to note that Joe was out of town through this event but coordinated wonderfully with his wife and partner, Katie, to submit the offer before the deadline. The following week Joe and his family were out on vacation; yet, Joe and his associates kept in touch and guided me through the home inspection, mortgage application, and legal process. We still haven't closed on our home but I have no doubt the process will continue to go smoothly. Although at the end of the day buying a home is a business transaction for all those involved. I truly believe Joe had our best interests at heart. We do feel lucky to have been able to find a good home in a timely manner; it took literally a weekend to find a home and have our first and only offer accepted. Nonetheless, it is said that luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. The Sorrentino Team definitely had the preparation necessary to help us find our first home swiftly.

I am sorry... i could say so much more and i will on the other places i can put a review for this man. seriously just call Joe.
